Our story contains more than 40 years of experience in bringing our clients’ ideas to life. We
are an African American- and veteran-owned licensed general contractor headquartered in Rancho
Cucamonga, California. We can build anything you want. We specialize in commercial construction
projects, including tenant improvements, innovative workspaces, building usage conversions, and
restaurants. We also offer custom millwork design and manufacturing through our in-house cabinet company.

Paul "Black Bear" Conor
President
Paul “Black Bear” Conor is the president of Conor Construction and
Development Corporation. Paul is a US
Marine Corps veteran and successful entrepreneur. He grew up in South Central
Los Angeles, attended the prestigious Harvard School for Boys (now known as Harvard-Westlake), and earned a Naval
ROTC scholarship to the University of Southern
California, where he earned his bachelor’s degree and commission as a US Marine
Corps infantry officer. He is deeply committed to helping veterans and underdogs become
successful in life. He brings more than 25 years of business management, consulting, and
customer service experience to the company.
